Monday: Yoga Basics- Triangle Yoga Chapel Hill, NC
Designed for the student with some yoga experience interested in refining their practice. It’s also appropriate for yogis returning to their practice after an absence or seeking to refresh their knowledge. Students will learn more intricate alignment principles, practice variations on the basic postures, discuss the relationship between breath and movement, and deepen our understanding of basic yoga philosophy.
Wednesday: Wind Down Wednesday- Collective Wellness Durham,NC
The middle of the week can require a lot of patience. In this class, we will focus on using the body to help calm the mind. A slow vinyasa, punctuated with holding asanas (poses) with deep breathing, will create a peaceful end to your day. This class is for all levels, beginners to advanced practitioners.
Saturday: Vinyasa Flow- Collective Wellness Durham, NC
In this Flow class you will synchronize breath with movement. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. Awaken your strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere.
